Can I speak with someone about an issue with my online giving to Phoenix First?

How do I get my giving receipts?
Every time you give online, a transaction receipt will be sent via e-mail. If you have an online account, you can login in at any time to review your online giving history. You can also contact the church in writing, and request a statement be faxed, mailed or e-mailed to you which will include all methods of giving, not just online.
How long will I be able to access my giving history?
Your online account will keep record of ALL your giving that went through your online account only. If you need an all-inclusive report, please contact Heather DeBus by email at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) or by phone at 602-867-7117 x1504.
How do I change my contact information?
You can contact Heather DeBus by email at

Can I change my user ID?
If you forget your user ID, you will have to set up a new online account. Your giving history will start over if you have to create a new online account, although your complete giving history is always on record at the church office. If you forget your online account password,

Can I make a one-time or a recurring donation?
You can only make a one-time donation online. If you’d like to set up a recurring donation either weekly or monthly, please contact Heather by email at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) or by phone at 602-867-7117 x1504 and she will set this up for you.
What if I want to change credit cards or adjust the date/amount of a contribution?
The online feature doesn’t store credit card information, it only saves your name/address, so for security reasons you will need to retype your credit card information every time you make a donation. Is online giving secure?
We’ve taken steps to ensure that the giving process is safe and secure from beginning to end. All of your giving data is PCI DSS compliant, and is secured by a number of security measures including your web browser’s SSL encryption.
Are there any fees involved in online giving?
There are no fees charged to the person who is donating. When using credit cards, there are always small fees involved, but the church takes care of these fees.
Can I give stock, real estate, appreciated securities or other non-cash gifts to Phoenix First?
